C&C Meat Market
C&C Meat Market is a family owned and operated full-service butcher and deli, serving up some of the finest cuts and specialty meats on Long Island. Located at 249 Old Walt Whitman Rd., in Huntington, NY, the shop is known for making a variety of specialty items that customers from all over the island come in for.
C&C first opened shop in 1959 as a wholesale, USDA inspected sausage company that operated under strict USDA standards. For years, they supplied all of the local restaurants, pizzerias, and shops with their famous sausage, whose recipe still hasn’t changed till this day. In 1986, brothers Joe and Dean, along with their father Dominick, better known to patrons as “Papa Dom”, decided to switch over to the retail side of things and offer the community a taste of what they had to offer. Over 30 years later, that decision couldn’t make the DiOrio family happier. And the same can be said for the hundreds of customers that stop in daily to pick up the best in meats for their families and friends.

Philosophy
C&C’s personal philosophy of never selling anything that they wouldn’t eat themselves coupled with superb customer service and appreciation has been what brings customers back again and again. The store still holds itself to the standards of being an USDA inspected shop and it can be seen in how clean the entire establishment is kept. All of the foods prepared at C&C are homemade fresh without the use of any frozen ingredients. They serve Prime, Black Angus Beef, Bell & Evans Chicken, All-Natural, American Veal and Lamb, and they use the same items you see in their case, from the homemade sausage to the fresh ground breadcrumbs, for all of their catering.
For the chicken lover, you won’t find a bigger selection of options when it comes to chicken sausage, chicken burgers and stuffed chicken. For those who want to impress their guests, try the half pound Rib-Eye burgers, Skirt Steak burgers, Filet Burgers or Bacon & Brisket burgers. Prime Steaks can be cut to order and if you want them to hang and dry age a whole piece, they do that too! New creations are constantly being added to the display case and owner Joe, is always willing to make a meatloaf or stuff a pork roast if he doesn’t have one ready to go for you. They also serve up some great Italian specialties and all the sides to make your meal complete.
